RENNscout began as a few friends with a shared lifelong obsession over cars. We spent most of our downtime browsing listings on marketplaces and obsessing over spec sheets long before we were old enough to sit behind the wheel.
This unusual hobby turned into something people around us started to rely on. Friends and family would ask us to look over a listing they were considering, or just ask us to find the car for them outright. After doing this long enough, it stopped feeling like a favor and started feeling like something worth building properly.
